Experience aviation after hours! Community Access Nights offer engaging, hands-on programming for children and youth groups on select evenings throughout the year. These nights are ideal for groups such as Scouts and Girl Guides who meet on weekday evenings.
Tour themes vary based on the age and interest of the group, if you’re looking for a specific topic please make note in your booking form and we will do our best to incorporate it into your tour.

Evening Schedule (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM):
- 5:45–6:00 PM – Drop-off
- 6:00–6:40 PM – Guided Tour
- 6:40–7:20 PM – Craft Activity
- 7:20–8:00 PM – Simulators
Note: Activity order may vary by group.
Pricing
Community Access Night is $210 per group of up to 10 children or youth. Groups larger than 10 can add additional participants for $13 each.
Payment is due in advance to confirm your booking. If you pay for additional children/ youth and they do not attend, you will receive a refund for those participants.
Cancellation
All cancellations will forfeit a $25 administration fee. There is no fee for rescheduling to another date, and we will do our best to accommodate alternative dates.
